1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Orion (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of Orion.

2. Description of service

Orion is a free route discovery tool that helps users plan road trips across Europe. It displays hotels, restaurants, attractions and tours along user-defined routes. Orion does not directly sell or book travel services — it connects users to third-party providers via affiliate links.

3. Use of the service

You agree to use Orion only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not: - Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Service - Use the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content - Misuse or abuse the Google Maps integration in violation of Google's Terms of Service - Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures

4. Affiliate links and third-party bookings

Orion displays BOOK NOW links that redirect to third-party booking platforms. We may receive a commission when a booking is made through these links at no extra cost to you. Orion is not responsible for the content, availability, pricing, or policies of third-party booking sites. Any dispute arising from a booking must be resolved directly with the third-party provider.

5. Accuracy of information

Orion uses real-time data from Google Maps and other sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of any hotel, restaurant, attraction or tour listed. Opening hours, prices and availability may change without notice. Always verify directly with the provider before travelling.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and branding within Orion are the property of Sextant unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. Map data is provided by Google Maps Platform and subject to Google's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Orion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sextant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Orion, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking errors, or reliance on inaccurate information displayed by the Service.

9. Privacy

Your use of Orion is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.

10. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
